These terms apply to your use of the Canopi Solar website and enquiry service.

Pre-launch notice

Canopi Solar is currently in pre-launch. The entity “Canopi Solar Pte Ltd” is in the process of being registered with ACRA. All quotes and figures provided are estimates based on measured data, intended for planning purposes.

Estimates

Savings estimates are derived from 35 months of measured data from a Singapore landed-home installation.
Figures use a 4%/year tariff-escalation assumption and are pre-financing and undiscounted.
Actual system performance depends on your specific roof conditions, which we assess during a free on-site visit.
We commit to quoting from measured data rather than simulations.

First Light founding-customer programme

First Light member benefits (founding discount, extended warranty, lifetime monitoring, priority engineering time) are contingent on:

Successful company registration and licensing;
Completion of a signed installation agreement;
Good-faith cooperation in case-study documentation.

Your enquiry

Submitting your details is an expression of interest, not a binding agreement.
You may withdraw at any time.
We aim to respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote, or an honest assessment that solar may not suit your home.

Liability

The website and its estimates are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Canopi Solar is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of online estimates prior to a formal on-site assessment and signed agreement.
