Canopi Solar (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to the practices described here.
We will not use your data for any purpose unrelated to the above without obtaining your consent.
We collect your personal data only after you tick the explicit consent checkbox on our form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing our Data Protection Officer (below). On withdrawal we will stop using your data for the stated purposes, subject to legal retention requirements.
We use trusted third-party processors to operate our enquiry pipeline: Supabase (secure database hosting), Formspree (email notification of enquiries), and — only if you consent to analytics — Google Analytics and Meta. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal data.
We apply reasonable security arrangements (encryption in transit, access controls, row-level security on our database) to protect your data. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent. Contact our DPO and we will respond within a reasonable time.
